Stayed here for business. Wonderful hotel! Clean and comfortable. Love the hot tub, heated pool and sauna. Very nice staff at Front Desk. Room very clean and tastefully decorated. I would stay again. Great value!

I was hopeful after reading the reviews before we had booked this hotel. Upon entering the lobby of the hotel, you could smell the strong aroma of mildew and pool chlorine. Very musty. The carpet in the hallways throughout the hotel was visibly filthy. Room was average size. There was a cup of cold water sitting in our room, obviously left by someone shortly before we had come in. The room and bathroom was less than average in cleanliness. I had my husband, grandson and myself wear shoes and/​or socks in the room, as I did not trust to go barefoot. This is our second and last poor visit to a Comfort Inn… this is not my standard of clean comfort.

King room on the first floor felt luxurious for a couple overnight. Room was huge and well-​equipped. Bed and pillows were awesome. Very clean and tidy. What a refreshing change, as I have been staying in tons of similarly-​rated hotels recently and they all have been dirty in some form. The employees were so kind, it gave me a positive impression of a city i had never been to. Lots of channels, parking and fast/​working wifi.

The staff at this hotel will bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant. It doesn’t get any better on this side of Louisville.
