Durbin Plumbing

I am pleased with both the service and the prices of this company. I had priced water heaters awhile back to replace a very, very old but still functioning water heater and then procrastinated for months :) But having gotten a little extra in the bank this month, I decided to bite the bullet and get a brand spanking new water heater before winter arrives in full force.
They quoted me a very solid price, showed up early (after calling and making sure it was okay!) and did a quality job. It was more complicated than they expected (old house…) but they didn’t charge a penny more. Professional and friendly, but not too friendly if you know what I mean.
Their prices are in line with or better than the other major plumbing companies but they add a cool little feature that I don’t think anyone else does— 5% of the invoice is donated to your choice of 1 of 4 local charities. Mine went to Animal Care Society and I know Kosair was another choice, can’t recall the other 2.
All in all, a solid choice for plumbing services.
