Do yourself a favor and get an Elements massage. Whether it’s for you or someone else, look no further. Most importantly, their massage therapists are wildly talented. I haven’t been to the same therapist twice, for no reason other than my own availability, but each of them provided an equally amazing experience. I don’t even know how I would pick between them. Every single time I have been to the studio the staff has been helpful, courteous, and all will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. On my last visit it was raining, so one of the front desk staff members offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella because I didn’t have one. If that doesn’t scream, «They care!» then I don’t know what would. Love this place and will be a customer for life.

Had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Laura Mae today. My main regret was that it wasn’t a 90 minute massage that I chose… Hands down… Best deep tissue I have gotten to this day… I’m from Chicago I am heading back this Thursday for another round… Highly recommended.

This place just lost 2 brand new customers.
I called earlier for 2 appointments (4 PM for 60 mins.) and was told about the cancellation policy and to arrive earlier. Just on our way there we were called to cancel because of weather (heavy snow is not in the forecast until 6PM) so we are heading to another place, Lotus, that will accomodate us. I understand safety is important, same should apply to planning and good sense.

I recently had a massage at Elements. Here are the pro’s and con’s of my experience.
Pro’s:
–Very relaxing massage in a comfortable environment. This was one of the best massages I have had in quite a while.
–Staff were professional, collected a medical history, allergies, etc.
–Extremely convenient hours and location.
–They accept SpaFinder gift cards.
Con’s:
–They are more expensive than most local massage therapists unless you buy their contract/​wellness plan and they push for you to buy this service.
–They don’t always schedule you with the same therapist.
Overall it was a really good massage. However, I didn’t like the focus on their contract package. I’ll probably go elsewhere for regular massage.

Fantastic experience! Very quiet and great hours (even weekends!) Always feel wonderful when I leave. Gabe is my favorite and a must for those who have tension in your neck and shoulders. Best massage ever!
