This place is horrible and only gets one star since the sun was shining bright today. Waited nearly 600 seconds prior to someone coming out from the back where I heard a couple of them talking about how much their life sucks because they work there. The lady was not knowledgeable about any of the products/​services. She literally thought I wanted some damn movie time buttered popcorn when I asked for a bag. Wench I didn’t come to FedEx to catch the mid-​day matinée. Then the thing that really got my goat was my total was $ 91.41 yet they wouldn’t accept a 100 or a 50 dollar bill. Had it not been late in the afternoon on a Saturday I would have gone elsewhere but under circumstances I went and got change like a moron. Never again.

fed ex has dropped the ball once again. scheduled me a redelivery between 1230 and 130. been calling since 130 as of 4 pm they couldn’t locate the driver or a manager. Now not only did i pay more than $ 100 to get this package delivered by noon I have to go pick it up between 830 and nine tonight. Ha then they Can’t find a manager for me to talk with. The thing about fed ex in Louisville is this seems to be par for the course. this has happened the last couple times i have used them. I guess sham on me for using them again.
