Jiffy Lube

I came here to get my oil changed just before a road trip. The staff was all very friendly, although they didn’t speak to me much when I first got there. I let them know that I was going out of town and they said they’d check everything out to make sure there was nothing that needed to be fixed. After about 30 minutes of waiting, a man came into the waiting area and went over a list of things that needed maintenance on my car. My car is only three years old, so I wasn’t expecting a lot of maintenance. It kind of seemed to me like they were trying to get me to pay for extra things that I didn’t need like windshield wiper blades (I just replaced them). After about an hour they finally finished with the oil change and a tire rotation that they also recommended. After I left, I looked over my receipt and noticed that there was a checklist for every service and on the list was «clean outside windows» and «vacuum interior floorboards» and both were marked «completed» but neither had been done.
Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. I got what I needed and the price was OK.

I drove my girlfriend’s car here early on a Saturday morning. I was the first customer of the day and despite it being a chilly early morning, the staff were professional, courteous, and explained their services up front. The standard package starts at $ 38. They change the oil, top off all the fluids, wash the windows, and vacuum out the interior. My girlfriend’s car has 180k miles on it and its still in great shape because she takes really good care of it. So with a car that’s pretty up there in age and miles, a service will look closer to $ 70. This is not unreasonable at all. I really appreciate how I can discuss the service of the car with the staff here at Jiffy Lube, and they offered helpful insight on how to get more life out of the aging car.

The service at this place is outstanding! We arrived Friday morning and we were first and didn’t have to wait. My baby got a lot of service. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and radiator service. The best part to this place is the integrity of the staff. They are very accommodating, gracious, fast, and honest. I feel extremely taken care of.
