disappointed in this shop. I came to ask about a specific look I was interested in. when I walked in the showroom was clean and bright, and there were about four people in there already dealing with the staff. I walked around and waited, but no one acknowledged me or even greeted me(and where it is located I doubt they have many people coming in just to «browse»). After being there for a good 20 minutes(and at this point the only people left were the staff) I gave up. Sad. I will be shopping elsewhere for my project, even though they had a lovely selection

The tile I purchased from LT is beautiful, very different than any other tile found elsewhere in Lou. I had selected a special order tile that took 6 weeks to arrive since the tile maker makes the order for each order so you truly get a unique selection of tile. After waiting the 6 weeks for the tile to arrive I showed up at Bishop Lane to pick up my tile. I was told to purchase a sealant, the sales person behind the counter wanted to sell the the $ 300 jug(I was only putting in a backsplash in the kitchen — not a big job), I dont him that didnt seem right and he re-read the directions and agreed the smaller bottle was good enough.(As it turned out we barely used any of the sealant so I have almost a full bottle left). The salesman then proceeded to sell me a 25# bag of grout, the tile girl originally told me a 10# bag was sufficient, apparently Mr salesperson at Bishop Lane felt I needed 25#, despite reminding him this is just a kitchen backsplash. Since he was the«professional» and I the novice I purchased the bottle of sealant and the 25# bag or grout. My installer put the tile in and we barely used much of the 25# bag of grout or sealant. A week later I decided to call the sales girl who sold me the tile to tell her about the poor experience I received from the company’s «expert». It’s been 2 weeks since she promised a response — I guess LT only cares about the initial sale and not taking care of their customers for life. I love my tile but the experience has left me feeling they are missing the bigger picture — do what you say you are going to do and take care of your customers!
