Let me 1st say that I am a lover of all things Moe’s. It’s my favorite of all the fast-casual burrito joints. In my single days, I was known to eat there 3 days/week. However, they are on a downhill trajectory that desperately needs to change. Their prices are constantly rising to a point that’s quickly approaching excessive for the product served. I recently ordered the bully barou nacho combo, only to be given 22 oz scoops of quest as opposed to the 6 oz pour that it used to come with. I inquired and was told that was the new portion. My server portioned out the rest of the meal like he was paying with it out of his check. I don’t know if it’s a cheap franchisee, or if it’s the entire organization, but being cheap is always the 1st nail in a restaurant’s coffin.

Great burritos, ridiculously affordable. Real bang for your buck. The place was packed, so our was hard to find a seat, but that’s a sign of good food!

Very helpful staff original person who answered the phone did not know my answer but he was very courteous and found someone who could help. I was forwarded to the catering department but turns out what I needed is actually just orders through the store. However props because this store was much more helpful then the Chamberlain lane store which is closer to me but was very unhelpful.

Welcome to Moe’s! — I appreciate the consistency and acknowledgment upon my arrival. Always makes me smile a little knowing I’m about to get someones devoted attention as it relates to my food order. I’ve been visiting Moe’s since 2013 specifically for the Moe’s Monday specials. I started visiting the location in Florida pretty regularly and was happy to discover one close to my home in Louisville. Overall, the experiences have never been bad. However, I do get confused as to why the specials aren’t consistent from location to location. But since I know this may be a franchise situation, I don’t let it bother me. I’m not a fan of paying extra for my queso on a burrito that can be made«any way I want it» per your special, but it is decent queso. They also have the right fixins to make it as mild or spicy as you’d like. The food is pretty good and the salsa bar definitely shines! Chips and salsa included with every meal — how could you go wrong?

The couple times I’ve been here, I’ve had good experiences. The food is fresh and they keep the facility clean. It can stay pretty crowded here, but they’re quick at getting the customers through the line. I’d go here again for sure.

Because sake blue was packed, my friend suggested that we go into Moes for a little while until the crowd situation clears over at sake’s. Customer service was okay, they greeted us as soon as we walked into the restaurant. When I’ve asked whether if they had soft tacos they brushed off my question until it was my turn to serve which I know they heard me. I felt like my order was being rushed where as my friend who was the only one before me was being showed more favorite, I don’t know whether if it was because she ordered something pricier or what but I know this will be a place I will go if I have no other option. Food was mediocre, customer service was mediocre, but one thing I liked about the place would be the atmosphere of it all and the salsa bar.

Now, I promised never to give any of these more that 3 stars… however Moe’s is becoming my go-to over Q. and C. Love that they have fresh cut onions, peppers and cumbers!!! I think for fast food this is a Vegetarians best bet!

Not sure what Moe’s qualifies under but I know I like it. Everything is very fresh. Love the salsa bar. I used to go Qudoba but since trying Moe’s I don’t. Food is just better.

Really Moes to me is just a bland burrito place when compared to its peers. The service is ok and the food seems to land in the same category as well. I was not disappointed by them but not impressed either. The queso had little to no level of flavor to it, more of a one note cord and the chips hand absolutely no salt on them. The burrito was bland the rice had little taste as well, ingredients just mixing together giving the dish the taste of melted cheese and beans, little else coming thru. I give them props for a clean, well maintain restaurant but food and service were just par nothing to sway you one way or another. If you need a quick bite, stop on in.

Moe’s Monday’s is awesome for any buritto chips and drink you can’t beat it for $ 5.00. Plus great any day of the week! My favorite Naked Homewrecker!

I miss Chipotle and still cannot believe that L’ville doesn’t have even one! We were not impressed after our first visit. Dry chicken, employees who didn’t seem to know what was going on, salsa so salty it was inedible(and not just one variety was bad!), no heat(it was January and about 50 degrees in the restaurant). I’ll take taquitos from the gas station, thanks.

Great Mexican food outside of California is pretty much non-existent. That being said, Moe’s provides the best Mexican food in Kentucky. Having given up hope on finding any edible Mexican food after trying the tortilla wrapped diarrhea Kentucky has to offer, Moe’s was recommended to me by a coworker and I went in expecting the worst. Seeing the spread offered to build my own burrito I eased up a bit and thought I may be able to get through the meal without spitting anything out. After packing the tortilla full of every ingredient I could think of including real steak(not the ground beef spew offered at many other Kentucky establishments), the cook wrapped the burrito in tinfoil adding to the places authenticity. Thin tasty flour chips and an array of mouth watering salsas come with each meal as well. Though hot sauce was not an option, the Medium sauces provide some spice and enough flavor. So if you want to lose weight by involuntary bulimia go try Los Aztecas, Burritos as big as your Head, El Nopal, or many others I do not remember as I’ve tried to block out the horrible memory. However if you want the best Kentucky has to offer, go eat at Moe’s Southwestern Grill. That’s this critics review, until next time, I’ll be eating.

Welcome to Moe’s! This was one of the first Moe’s in Louisville that started the Moe’s explosion! Moe’s is different from other baja-esk chains in that it has AMAZINGly fresh food that is made to order. The food itself is of good quality and priced fairly — especially since you can see everything go into your order and add/subtract as you wish(additions do cost extra, however). The guacamole is always fresh and the sour cream is rich. Moe’s is a great place for families, groups, or for a Friday-night date. There are usually lunch and dinner rushes, but the staff is good at getting the line moving promptly after they welcome you into the restaurant with a shout«Welcome to Moe’s!» The décor is fun — kind of baja/Bob Marley, and the TV’s are always sure to entertain you if your company doesn’t. Moe’s also makes amazing margaritas and features Mexican and American bottles of beer. Go to Moe’s if: you like seeing what goes into your food, tofu in your taco salad(hello!!), fresh, fun Baja cuisine, a lively atmosphere with clean amenities, niiiiiiice margaritas. Don’t go to Moe’s if: you don’t like tv’s over your dinner table, loud atmospheres bother you.
