I was having a dental emergency this week with a broken tooth that i had the day before(at the time it was too late for any dentist office to be open). Keep in mind i’ve spent plenty of money at these locations, insurance and out of pocket. No late bills, never later, etc. I called the office and typically Mortensons are very OPEN And FRIENDLY with getting you help but this SPECIFIC location was very rude. The lady literally tried to brush it off like it was nothing, and told me i could come in at 3pm. Then when i told her the seriousness of it she tried to push it up to 1pm. Then said«We don’t like to refer people out to other Mortensons», so this lady was willing to have me physically ill in pain, unable to eat from 6pm the day before up until as late as 1 pm same day? I had a horrible headache(and i never get headaches) the pain was horrific, i was crying on the phone. I called the other locations and they couldn’t believe that a receptionist would do something like that, because if their doctor isn’t able to give service they usually try another location. I was horrified and disgusted. I was literally floored when she was more concerned about keeping patients at their specific locations instead of helping them in general. As a receptionist what you do is help customers, it’s not like i was gonna stop coming to them as my main location, but i definitely won’t be back now!
