Not the best experience I have had with dry cleaning– but not the worst either. I like to give business to small, local spots close to hoime, but the turn around time on picking up my clothes wasn’t great and the prices were a bit on the high side. I will give them another shot but for now– meh.

I was not impressed with my experience at Parrot. I was looking to have a long wool trench coat cleaned… I was under no time constraint so I left it a while week before picking up. The charge was reasonable ($ 12.50) but there were still hairs, lint, and dirt on the coat. I will be calling tomorrow and possibly taking it back.
The service was fast and helpful, however.
