Plainview Cleaners

I can’t say the experience was horrible but it wasn’t what I expected. Having used various Orange County cleaners I had expected a certain level of service, I should really get rid of all expectations while in Kentucky. However, when going to the cleaners I at least expect them to do a better job than I can. Unfortunately at Plainview Cleaners, you get just that, a shirt that looks like you just threw it in with the rest of your clothes and pulled it out when you were done; no delicate wash or dry cycle, just an ordinary, throw all your towels in with dress shirts type cleaning. A button on my dress shirt was damaged and my black dress shirt was covered in lint. As if that weren’t bad enough, the shirts needed to be ironed after removing the lint. Granted, I paid for the cheap service, but in my defense that’s what was recommended to me. Though they may be capable of doing a better job, I won’t be giving them a second chance. It’s just another case of «you get what you pay for.»
