The QDoba location near where we used to live closed, so we’ve been without QDoba for the better part of two years. When we moved to Louisville the first thing I looked for was QDoba, and found there was one less than one-half mile from where we were going to be living. The first restaurant I visited once we moved was QDoba. It was nice to have it back in my life again. I wasn’t crazy about the new menu concept they went to a couple years ago that removed some of my long-favorite items, but it’s not like I wouldn’t be able to find something to eat. The Knockout Tacos are a cool take on the taco, their Queso is the best out their, and their pico de gallo has always been my favorite. This particular location is convenient and has generally good service. When they’re busy, though, the dining room can pretty quickly become a mess as the staff pays attention to the customers in line and keeping the food stocked. It can take some time for the dining room to get taken care of after the rush is over, but it’ll get squared away. It’s great to have QDoba back in my life. Now, if they’d only bring back the Ranchera sauce…

For the most part, I haven’t found a Qdoba where the tastes differ from all the others, so what I tend to base my decision on are cleanliness, friendliness, and efficiency. This Qdoba is always fairly clean. The food is wiped away off the serving line and tables are well taken care of. What I did notice, however, was that the trash, both inside and out, were full. It’s wasn’t super busy when we went, so I would have expected those to be emptied. Becuase it was so beautiful out this last day, many people took advantage of the outdoor seating. That trash was so full that stuff started to fall out. The staff was friendly and answered the couple of questions I had. I don’t go to Qdoba super often, so I wanted to know more about their recent menu change. I even got a larger cup for water when I asked for it at no charge. It was hard to gauge efficiency since it wasn’t busy, but they definitely had enough workers to cover the trash situation. As far as food taste and flavor, I’ve always been a Qdoba fan. I got the chicken burrito in a bowl and was able to add anything I liked without having to be charged additional. I really like that new feature… and it even includes quacamole!

This location is one of the better qdobas for sure. It’s never too crowded and the employees are generally pretty nice.

I can’t tell you how happy I was to find out that Qdoba was here in Louisville. I was first introduced to them when I was in Philly, but there are not very many locations in Orlando. So, when I saw this location on my drive home I couldn’t help but stop. Now… I can barely pass by here without stopping for a burrito bowl. To me, Qdoba is unique because they give you the option to get that fast food type tex-mex without having to sit down. They have chips, queso, salads, burritos, fajita veggies and even guacamole all in one. They have some pretty spicy salsa(yay!) and also some new sauces that you can smother your burrito in. How can you not like all of those options?!? Is this the best I’ve ever had, no. However, it is pretty good food and I’ve never had a bad experience. The employees always greet you immediately with a smile and the actual location has ample parking and is always clean/presentable.

I went fire lunch and got a pulled pork burrito. All the food is healthy. The service was great and them anager is always making suggestions and keeping the long lunch line moving. Minus 1 for a $ 1.50 hike in the price of everything

As chains go, I generally have a solid 4-star impression of Qdoba, but this location has slipped a little. The whole idea of Qdoba is that I can see what you’re doing. That means you need to clean up your act a little bit. In a traditional food prep setting, if you spilled some guacamole in the sour cream, no one would notice and you could press onward. When your customers are watching, it comes across as dirty. If you go during a lunch or dinner rush(and seriously, when else would you go?) they seem to be in a constant state of messy counters. So your burrito may well be dragged through someone else’s pork juices, cheese sprinkles or salsa shrapnel. I appreciate their efforts to keep the«fast» in «fast casual» but I can wait another 30 seconds while you tidy up.

Overall… about the same as other Qs… great, fresh food in an attractive«fast-casual» setting. This location is great because it is in an attractive, walkable shopping center with a great selection of stores(just a little bonus if you’re killing time on a leisurely afternoon). My fave… the Grilled Veggie Burrito(naked + quac).

Great location, friendly staff. Four words of perfection, Mango Salsa Chicken Salad. My only issue is that its only available during the summer.
