Booked for my wife’s 30^th Birthday. Spotlessly clean Escalade was at our house 20 minutes prior to departure time. Everywhere we went, the Limo was waiting to take us to our next location. No calling or texting… he was just ready. Montana was professional, kind, and prompt. I cannot imagine a single thing that would have made this a better client experience. Would 100% use again, and would recommend everyone do the same.

We used R & R to go on Bourbon tours, the Casino in Indiana and dinner in downtown (pretty much drove all over Louisville for 13 hours) for a bachelor party, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The driver showed up EXACTLY when he was scheduled to, the van was immaculate, and our driver/host/tour guide Montana was excellent. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch, put up with a couple of sometimes obnoxious revelers, and overall enhanced our experience. Next time I am in Louisville, I will definitely be using R & R Limousine, and I suggest you do as well

I recently used R & R limousine to transport my daughter from Louisville Airport to Lexington during the night preceding the Kentucky Derby. They were extremely professional and dependable. My daughter’s flight was delayed a couple of hours and didn’t arrive until 2am. They tracked the flight and showed up on time. I would not hesitate to use this company and highly recommend them.

I entrusted this company with my 16-year old daughter who was traveling alone for the first time and whose Southwest flight to Louisville was delayed 6 hours and re-routed through St. Louis. As an upset mom, it’s very difficult to choose a company, sight unseen, to transport your child from Louisville to Lexington (1.5 hours) late at night. This company’s ability to listen to and address the needs of their customers is outstanding. Pat, acknowledging my anxiety, took my reservation at 9:40p for a flight arriving at 10:10p, made all the arrangements, personally met my daughter at the airport, introduced her to her driver, and ensured that she was safely on her way. If this company can provide this kind of service at a moment’s notice, I’m confident that they will meet and exceed your expectations.
