Sew and Service Center was about the sixth place I called in the hopes of having my sewing machine fixed. And each place before it told me about the same: Flat rate was $ 90 and there would be a two to three week wait on getting my machine back.
But Sew and Service Center’s rate is $ 70 (though more complicated machines are $ 90) and it would be a day or two, not weeks.
In fact, I got a call the day I dropped off my machine, telling me I can pick it up the next morning.
The owner was so nice and definitely came off as knowledgeable about sewing machines. And my machine now runs like it is new again.
I will be recommending this place to all my crafty and sewing friends.
