I just moved to Louisville and needed a place to stick my stuff. I picked this place mostly because it was close to the new apartment. But I really lucked out…
The nicest thing was that I was able to book a place online. As soon as I reserved, I had it. It was mine. Oh yes, it was mine. Then, I got a phone call from the agent there confirming my reservation and asking if I had any questions. Great customer service.
There is 24-​hour access to the storage units (which is nice, since I keep a weird schedule). There is restricted access — you can only get into the units with a code that you designate yourself. Plus, there are cameras everywhere, which is nice for a security feeling.
The rates really aren’t that bad either. A little less than I was expecting. And they have the option to bill monthly to a credit card, which is great for people who don’t want to think about bills.
