Ashley, you should really take a course in people skills. So amazed that you argued with me over the sticker being in my food. Then said well, whatever just keep your receipt and we will make you a new one. Just curious will the next one be with or without the expire info on it? Unhappy customer.

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is not bad. Service is usually fast and accurate. Food is served hot and tasty. Interior is inviting and trendy. It is one of the larger Taco Bells. Usually pop upbeat music is playing. I usually order the bean burrito and hard shell taco. If drive through is too backed up head inside and usually the wait is minimal.

This place is horrible. My wife and I went here tonight as we do every other week to every week. We will not be back here or to any other taco bell at all. First off just getting from the order screen in the drive through to the window takes forever. On a busy night don’t be to hungry because the wait is up above 30 minutes. The order was taken wrong then the register lady named Destiny Y argued with my wife about what she ordered. All this we could look past. When she got home the total 5 minutes it takes to drive all the food was cold and gross. There were no veggies on anything and I believe the veggies make the food. The crunch wrap’s were horribly small with barely anything on them and what was on them was all on one side. Everything we had with potatoes in it was extremely light and not filling at all. This food was horrible. When I called to speak to the manager I had to call 4 times before he even answered. The manager argued with me then decide to give me my refund. He actually shorted me on the refund and thought that was okay. He told me there were no other complaints when a lady he had talked to walked right in after me to get her order re-​done. she actually pulled the food out and showed him how pathetic it was. I will never go here again and you really shouldn’t either hands down worst taco bell. sad to say but the taco bell in the Brooks pilot gas station is way better. This ruined my favorite fast food restaurant.
