Taco Bell

I have been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and I ordered as soon as I pulled up. What the ### and now the rain has started so I have to deal with getting a baby out of the car in the rain. Waited another 5 minutes at the window. No attempt at an apology. The person who took my order said they were really busy. Five cars in the parking lot??? Jessica was the manager on duty. Not that I ever saw her face.

This has become the slowest Taco Bell on the planet over the last year. I would say that I go through the drive through here at least once per month (sometimes more) and its rare that I wait less than 15 minutes. These days id consider 15 minutes a short wait for this Taco Bell. As of right now I’m sitting at the window and it is 9:45 pm. I entered the drive thru line at 9:11. Unacceptable. And I don’t even have my food yet. I wish this were an isolated incident however this has become the norm for this location and what’s worse is that half the time items are left out of the bags. I’ve gotten all of the way home several times only to find things from our order missing. I do try to check the bags but when everything looks the same all wrapped up and you have food for a family of four it can be difficult to really see everything without completely unpacking the whole bag in the car. Anyway I’ll probably try to find a different Taco Bell location to visit form now on because waiting this long for «fast» food is insane.
Update– I finally received my food at 9:49pm. The cashier may or may not have noticed I was writing this review in the drive thru and she handed me a coupon for a free taco. A nice gesture but too little too late.

The food here is what I have found the standard for Taco Bell to be, made quick and slightly sloppy. That being said, it is what I have come to expect from all Taco Bells, so no big deal there. I know what I am getting into. The service at this location has always been good though.

Taco Bell ALWAYS has the friendliest employees! I’ve said it before and this location is no exception. Even just over the speaker at the drive through… for real. They all sound pleasant and greet your pleasantly. Like… even better than some sit down restaurants!
My food was standard TBell fare. Not particularly special. But it was precisely what I wanted.

Normally I have pretty good service at this Taco Bell. This time it took them over 30 minutes to get me my food which was just 3 items.

I pass at least two Taco Bells to come to this one. They always get my order right and they’re not sloppy about making the food. I honestly think this is the only store that can make a Mexican pizza that hasn’t been slid all around in the box, that you can actually pick up the pieces and eat! The restaurant is always clean and dining room is always well stocked

I feel weird giving a fast food chain 5 stars, but I have been here about 5 times and have never had an issue with the drive thru or the dine in part. The food is always fresh, fast and friendly service. It’s still Taco Bell, but it’s a great Taco Bell.
