The location is great and the atrium that it’s inside is very pretty. The staff was friendly although they forgot my order(wasn’t mad, it happens, and they fixed it quick). I got a 7″ pepperoni pizza. The pizza was exactly what I like. A thin crust, light sauce, with a good portion of cheese. The pepperonis are very large so only 4 – 5 fit on the pizza and they layer the cheese on top of that which I though was cool. Overall a good experience and I will return, probably in the middle of the night because they’re open 24 hours !

Disgusting! I just ate at Thelma’s simply because I thought«how can you mess up a salad»? Well, I picked up the house salad out of the cooler and while it looked good, it tasted disgusting. The chicken was dry and tasteless, the lettuce was bland, the tomatoes were over ripe and the cheese was cheap. On top of that, when I ordered, the staff was rude and basically not involved with my transaction at all. I practically had to beg to get a cracker and when I returned to my room, I realized they forgot the dressing for the tasteless salad! Don’t waste your money, even if it’s convenient, you will probably not be happy. I’ll walk a mile before heading back to this place.

I wasn’t impressed with much at this deli. I had a week stay at the hotel, so I frequented here a few times. I liked how it was 24⁄7 for the convenience factor. The chicken bacon ranch panini wasn’t anything memorable. The chicken also tasted like it was previously frozen(which I understand it more than likely was, but I don’t like how it tasted previously frozen). The pre-made salads were overly expensive for the quality — they were made with shredded taco/sandwich lettuce instead of romaine. The coffee cappuccino was fairly good for the price. The best thing there was probably the smoothies, though they didn’t taste like they had much fruit in them.

You pretty much get convienance and that’s it. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, then you are set. The staff is rude. The food is very much over priced and isn’t really that good. I think alot of people here need to work on their manners. Lots of swearing right in front of me.

Quick, simple little breakfast place. Egg and bacon sandwich on English muffin was hot and yummy.

Ordered a prepackaged California salad with Italian dressing. A quick salad should suffice. No complaints. There are plenty of food options available 24⁄7 which is sweet! I think I’ll try their baked cookies:))

Pizza 24⁄7. And it is good TONS of cheese. You are staying in an expensive hotel so I don’t think the prices are wackadoodle or anything! It’s totally convenient plus there is a bar right next to it. Pizza & beer in a pretty atrium and I don’t have to search out food & drink is a win-win for me!

Slow, expensive, & low quality. Skip this mess walk a few blocks up 4 th street. Unless you like slow, expensive and low quality. In that case you have found your place!

A little convenience sort of place in the conservatory of the Galt House. It has salads, chips, sandwiches, breakfast items like bagels and yogurt. It’s nothing amazing, but it will take care of business if you need a quick meal or a snack. The staff were a little slow, but friendly.
