Worst company. After new customers only. Loyalty doesn’t matter customer of 18 years.. Called to lower my bill. Had a, router that wasn’t even wireless. Wireless router’s have been out for a long time. If you stay with this company. You will not get updated equipment. Your bill will continue to increase Personal at customer solutions will lie. Lines are always long some of the customer service reps are rude and have an attitude! Their mentality is that it’s your problem to wait & they don’t care! What are you gonna do about it!!! Twc is always raising prices on services and I have a alot of problems out of the Internet! There have been alot of guys sent out trying to fix it. It will work fine for a few weeks then it goes back out! The last service guy said the Aries routers(not the modem) were junk and said I should go buy my own router. A router that cost $ 150 – 200! My cable box went out and I had to stand in line for an hour to get a new one.(remote went out a few months before the box and I had to wait 45 mins in line to get a new one) They gave me a new Samsung box and it freezes up alot the buttons on the new remote wont access the dvr and on demand works when it wants to! Wish insight was still here!!! We’re looking to switch to another company and put up with their crap as long as we can!

Time Warner Cable(TWC) entered my service incorrectly and won’t honor the special. The reps offered to assist with lowering my bill by reducing services. That’s apparently the«special». To top it off, they overcharged me with hidden fees including an additional set-up fee. It also took them two weeks to show-up for an appointment. Then, they claimed that I didn’t pay the bill. There were so many problems that they had multiple accounts for me, and they conveniently credited the wrong account — which had no service activated. I’ve spent a total of 23+ hours on the phone with to deal with all sorts of problems. I strongly advise NOT getting Time Warner Cable. I’m moving to DirecTV, which is the service that I had prior to moving here. I had wonderful customer service, tv options, recording, and prices at DirecTV. There’s simply no comparison.
