I purchased a Groupon for 10 classes-​I was a little apprehensive since I have purchased work out class type deals on Groupon before and it was a disaster.
This place is wonderful! They do have a website and a facebook account which means they are always updating their class times or if they are canceled.
When I arrived for my first class (Zumba) the co-​owner (Mindy) was very energetic and friendly. She put my name in her phone (some type of app that tracks how many classes you have left etc). She said I am more than welcome to download the same app or they can just keep track for me!
The actual «dance floor» is spacious, there are mirrors surrounding two walls and the sound system is pretty good.
I have gone on mondays at 10AM and it tends to be the older crowd, so they could care less how good or bad you are at latin dance moves. Everyone is there to have fun and work up a sweat! The ladies were very friendly. Mindy and her husband Gabe high five everyone after class and really get into their class and make it fun!
Parking and finding the actual entrance can be a bear-​there is a lot behind the consignment ship that is for St. Matthews Station.
There is a door in the garden/​patio area for the restaurant that is located in the back of St. Matthews Station which will lead you to steps. I actually asked a girl who looked like she was going to a Zumba class to wait for me while I parked so she could show me the way!
I am excited to attend the other 8 classes I have left, I do plan on trying some other classes that are not Zumba.
I recommend going, even if its once a week to mix up your workout routine!
