First timers, great service, friendly staff! Got the«Fingers» which are basically really big boneless wings and they were awesome! Spice wise they are on the low end, but tender and very good. Ribs were awesome! As first timers we got fried pickles free. We usually don’t like fried pickles. Toots has awesome fried pickles! Overall great experience!

The wings were rubbery and kind of slimey, sauce notwithstanding. They rested in a tepid pool of watery chicken fat. Pretty disgusting and tasteless. Ordered 10, only ate 2. Waiter never asked how we liked our food. Maybe the other menu items are better, but I am not going to risk it. Just yuk.

Stopped in because the large sign outside says«20 Wings $ 10.» When I sat at the Bar and ordered I was told that’s only during sports events.(I could have been a real butt and said«well there’s a game on the big screen behind you»). Ordered 15 wings instead for $ 12.xx, a reasonable price for 12 wings. After ordering I looked over at the hacked up audio video rack and thought, I hope they put more effort into the food than what they allowed some poor contractor to do for the audio equipment. Wings were ok, very greasy I was able to sob up a ton of grease with my napkins which my belly later said thank you for. This place is kind of in need of an update its more of a dive bar. Ordered 2 beers, they were only like $ 1.5 for domestic which is a pretty decent price but I think the beers tasted kind of flat. Service from the bar tender was great. Megan J was very attentive and nice. Managers seen working the floor not hidden in the back which is always comforting.

I didnt realize how many unattended screaming children would be there, we accidentally sat near the arcade and it was so loud I couldn’t talk to my friend without yelling. one little girl kept running back and forth and for some reason kept slapping our table as we tried to eat, where we the parents? anyways. we came at a bad time apparently.(9pm on a monday) they were«out» of burgers. so I ordered a bbq pulled pork sandwich which tastes funky, and had little bbq on it. asked for a side cup of it and got charged 50 cents without being told I was being charged for it. we had 3 different people wait out table, not one intruded themselves. so that was confusing. the curly fries were great tho. that would be my only positive thing to add to this review. I won’t be going again though. who runs out of burgers at a burger place!?! — I must add the bathroom there was disturbing.

We waited for 35 minutes and the food never came and when we asked they said it was halfway through. I would reconsider before coming here

Had dinner tonight. Ordered beer. Glass was slippery and spilled. Charged for two beers. Go here quite often. Felt should not have been charged for second beer. Like the food but not as good as before.

Waitress was nice but food was not. Had to send back fried pickles because it was overdone. Replacement basket more or less was the same condition. I don’t get how they’re known for fried pickles … For what, mangling them? All rest o the food was similarly over fried, as if the chef was some deranged Frenchman. The hush puppies were drier than a popcorn fart.

I’m in Mason quite a bit for business, and I recently checked Toots out for the first time. For what it is — great bar food, nice selection of beers, and a friendly atmosphere. Waiters and waitresses were attentive as well. I’ll be sure to stop in for dinner each time I’m in town.

This was by far the worst food I have ever eaten. The fried pickles tasted like air locked in a grease-trap for over 10 years. Everything was deep fried and breaded with no chance of having an original flavor of its own. The drinks were made poorly and were undersized and overly expensive for both quantity and quality. To top it all off our server was quite pushy and rude for no reason whatsoever as I always am very nice to anyone in the service industry(I was once a server myself so I know the struggle!) I have no idea how this place stays in business with bad food bad drinks and bad service. Go elsewhere or go hungry before giving Toot’s a try! Lastly and slightly unrelated… the iguana’s cage in the restaurant was FILLED with feces. I’m honestly surprised no one has called animal rights for its living conditions.

I always stop here when I’m in the area they have great burgers and ribs, this is the first place I ever had fried pickles and I was hooked,(I think they are hamburger dills and the are the perfect size) but I’ve never have ones as good as here. The Toots burger is huge, they don’t ask how you want it cooked(maybe a local food code) but it comes out cooked all the way and juicy The hand battered onion rings are great. They have tons of tv’s to watch your favorite game.

This was not a memorable experience in any regard. Middle of the road in both food quality and service. Ambiance wasn’t anything to write home about either, but I guess you’d have to understand that when you see that the entire restaurant is inside a barn. Got the clam basket, which wasn’t spectacular, but also wasn’t terrible. Server got us everything we wanted, but didn’t go out of her way to make us feel welcome or anything. The experience was«meh,» overall. Not bad. Not great. Eh.

This is kind of like a sports bar type of feel. Nice and casual and a nice place for lunch or a drink. I love their fried pickles that they are so known for… I love the signage and all of the neat pieces of history and newspaper clippings.

Went to a late lunch with my son. He accidentally spilled his drink and within seconds, three people were there to help clean it. The service was great, the food was really good and the prices are very reasonable(including a free hotdog and fries for kids). We had a great time and will definitely go back.

Been here three different times and its gotten worse every visit. Wings are overcooked and anything fried is dripping with grease. Margaritas are more like slush puppies — very icey.

Just your average, cheap everyday bar food. Wings steal the show. Kettle chips are worth a round of applause. Good for a lunch or family night out.

I stopped in on a HOT Sunday afternoon before a Sam’s trip. Greeted immediately with a smile and was told I could sit anywhere I wanted! Food was Awesome! I thought it was a GREAT deal for the money! My appetizer was great. the Hamburger was scrumptious! I had to bring some home, because of the size. Toot’s was warm and welcoming, looked very clean! Service Was Great! Plenty of TV’s to watch the Soccer game going on. Lots of games to keep kids busy. Wonderful establishment great for Families! I highly recommend. Will go back!

It’s a little confusing when you enter their lobby because there are multiple arcade games such as video & crane/animal.(Not sure if this is for the adult children or to distract the children while mommy & daddy get their wings/drink on. The food was mediocre & their side salad was disappointing. Our service was very good & that’s the only thing that redeemed the experience. They also have seafood on their menu. I shudder to think how that would affect someone an hour after they finished eating it. I asked if it was fresh & the server said it came it Thursday so it was pretty fresh, mind you this was late Saturday afternoon.

We went to Toot’s(please tell me why you’d name a restaurant this?) after my niece’s soccer game in the area. It was fine– bar food more or less, with the added family appeal of games and an iguana. Nothing really made a lot of sense to me regarding décor. The food was standard frozen/fried fare, and the price was about right for that. I wouldn’t come back here, but if this is your type of joint, I’m sure it’s a good option for low price, bar fare, with family appeal. Just not my thing.
