Bottom line: Stopped returning phone calls. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the job even started because phone calls were not returned. This after two meetings regarding stairs being replaced at a residential home. We had the proposal drawn up and were ready to move forward. That’s when we stopped getting calls back. Huge waste of time and we also turned down another mason to go with Scot Alexander. Now back to square 1. 2 Stars for doing everything he said he would do up to the point where he didn’t.
