Dunkin Donuts is by far the best coffee but needs more locations. Lines are out the door in the morning.

Al of these reviews are old so let me tell you about how this DD is NOW.
Now, it is full of young adults who yell and swear at each other right behind the counter and they are heard throughout the whole dining area. You can just see the attitude in the young women’s faces when they take your order. I asked for my sugar melted and she gave me a hard time! It’s dirty, and the bathrooms are only locked because of all the druggies that go into it to shoot up. Don’t go here. There’s a DD on every corner, you’ll find the right one. This one isn’t it.

On my last day in Lowell, I asked the worker guys in the complex I was staying @ where the closest dunkin donuts was. They laughed and said «there’s one on every cornahhh»
From being from the west coast, I wouldn’t have asked that question if i have known! DUH!
I’m came upon this location. Its in downtown Lowell. It looked like a new establishment.
I walked in and was greeted by a bunch of workers. All young girls. Super friendly.
I was in and out in abt 5−8mins.
I ordered 25 munchkins.. . $ 5.
Something abt these donuts everyone loves on the west coast. So of course, I had to bring some home!

This Dunkin is AMAZING!!! I drive thru every single day to get items to bring to my offices. And EVERY SINGLE time I have ever come, no matter how simple or how complicated my order, they GET IT RIGHT! And more importantly, they smile, say please & thank you. enjoy their work & do an amazing job! I pass two other dunkin’s and drive 1 extra exit to go to this location.
Make sure you tip, its our only way of saying thank you for being some of the very few service based employees that are good at what they do & they enjoy it!!!

My mommy knew I missed Dunkin Donuts since I live out here in San Diego, CA. I can get the coffee beans at the stores here but I can’t get their doughnuts so she shipped me some from this place, overnight. They were New England Patriots theme! I was so happy about it. In the card, she wrote «I would have sent you some Celtics ones but they didn’t have any» so I want to thank this place for having them because it made my day here in California.

I’m a Starbucks guy, but this is the only place I’ve ever been where when I say «just a little cream and a little sugar» they get it absolutely right, every time. I would visit here every morning ordering a small coffee and a French cruller. The two-​man rotation of morning staffers both knew my exact time of arrival and would have my coffee ready and waiting. The cruller would be glazed and warm and ready to meet my morning palate. On my cold and dark drive to work, it was always my coffee and doughnut that really got me there.
