I needed a pedicure pretty bad. I was in the area and decided to give them a try. I pass it by all the time shopping at Marshalls or working out at Best Fitness. I read the prior reviews as well but took a chance. I am very pleased with my visit. I had an older woman do my pedicure. She took her time and my toes looked awesome. My brows were done by another woman-I looked around for the Toni guy but he wasn’t there. I can say I’m please with them as well; however, my best brows have been done at Foxy nails(I’ve written a review of them as well). All together $ 33. Not bad, average price I’d say. I definitely would return next time.

Have gone here a handful of times due to the location being extremely convenient for me, but I will not be returning. Woman was very nice and«promised» me my gel mani would last not the usual 2 weeks, but 3 weeks she said. I was very disappointed when a week into them my nails were chipping. I don’t have the time to go get them fixed with a new baby in the house so I ended up peeling the rest off by the end of week 2.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Worst mani-pedi ever. It was a mess. And I paid 36 $ for it. That was such a rip off ugh. Don’t go there unless you have money to throw away!

Probably the most unsatisfying experience ever. The previous reviewer was right about the back handed compliments. I had to tell the lady 4x that I was SURE I wanted my nails trimmed SHORT! I dont know why she insisted on doing things her way when they were my nails. And yes, I do want that polish. Talk about a headache. I paid. I even tipped. But I will never go back. I will never cheat on Cuties again. My regular mani/pedi place in Chelmsford. At least they listen to the customers.

Once upon a time, the quality of work actually matched the prices that are higher than other nail salons in the area. Now, the only thing that the heftier price tag brings is the knowledge that there will definitely be less people waiting if you are a walk-in. Some of the staff are nice enough. One, in particular, likes to make back-handed compliments and doesn’t listen. Save yourself time(and money) and head to another local nail salon. Your nerves will thank you for not leaning heavily on them.

I have to echo the other reviews and repeat that TONYISTHEBEST when it comes to waxing! I stumbled upon this hidden gem on a holiday when I was desperate to get a lip and brow wax anywhere before a party. I walked in to a friendly greeting from Tony who gladly took me right over to his waxing station. He started by trimming any long hairs, then he waxed, and lastly plucked a few strays. I experienced no redness at all and he was pleasant and funny throughout the whole interaction. Okay, so then I get to the counter expecting to pay decent money for his amazing work… I was shocked when it was only $ 13 for brow and lip… wait $ 13 for… both? «yes,» Tony replied. Okay I have definitely found my new holy grail for waxing. Tony told me «Once you come to me once, you will never go anywhere else» and he’s right. I haven’t since. I just tried Nails Unlimited for my acrylics today and am equally satisfied with the job. While the price is about average compared to other salons in the area, the friendly staff do a great job so I will definitely return. They also do some nice designs! Great location right off of the Lowell Connector too in the Target plaza.

By far my favorite nail and eyebrow place in lowell! Tony does an amazing job on my eyebrows and even offers me advice on where to pluck so my eyebrows will look fuller! I’ve had both Tony and John do my nails and they both do an awesome job. I’ve gotten gel manicures here which have lasted over a week as well as gel tips. My only complaint is that Tony is not always available when I come in!

Tony, the owner of Nails Unlimited, is the ONLY person I trust to do my eyebrows. I have him on speed dial in my phone.(Moderate Price rating because you can probably get your eyebrows done somewhere for $ 6, Tony’s is a little more.) That being said, any other details that I could add to this review are simply superfluous, but I will share with you how I stumbled upon this magical salon and the love story that grew from… About 5 years ago, I was shopping at AJ Wright next door for a last minute outfit to wear to a party I was attending that evening. Having had my hair braided that week and armed with a new outfit, I was ready to go for the event until I glanced at my offensive eyebrows in my rear view mirror. Then, it happened. I saw the lights for the salon glowing softly across the parking lot and decided to take a chance. The door had not closed behind me when I saw(who I now know as Tony) look up quizzically at me and say«Eyebrows?». I replied yes and asked myself, who this man thought he was, my eyebrows weren’t that bad. Immediately he took me to the room in the back with the lounge chair and I learned quickly where Eyebrow sculpting magic was made. Naturally, I have great eyebrows– for sculpting. Ladies, I will put myself out there with details so that you can fully appreciate where I am coming from. Individually, my eyebrow hairs are very thick, long and shiny. Therefore, on my face you can imagine they are thick, shiny and black as well, They are also wide and go straight across.(No uni-brow though, thanks Mom!) I also have some upper lip hair fuzz thanks to a Middle School«Nairing» incident gone wrong that my older cousin still denies even happened. Tony takes care of all of that. His method begins with trimming of the eyebrows, then the shaping with wax and finally touching up strays with a little plucking. Then he applies some magical soothing oil or lotion that usually obliterates any redness by the time I drive to work, or the mall or wherever I am headed after I leave the shop. Its great to have a Midday waxing appointment and no evidence on my face. Anyway, I sat up from the chair that night looked in the mirror and decided that Tony would do my eyebrows forever. Have you ever gotten a compliment on your eyebrows? Now that I see Tony, I get them all the time. Even in the comments from photos posted from the party people were digging my eyebrows! A few months ago I moved and had stopped seeing Tony for a while. I visited a salon that had just opened that was in walking distance of my home and new job. I fell for the opening special«Eyebrow Wax, $ 5!» and ultimately«F-ed my whole s**t up». It took me over a month and a half to grow my eyebrows out. After I had something to work with I called up Tony and made an appointment. I walked in the door and Tony looked up at me, «Eyebrows?» He said. «Yes» I replied. He asked me where I moved to, he hadn’t seen me in a while and I caved and confessed to seeing someone new. I was near tears when I told him what happened to my face, how I looked surprised for weeks and then.. .he said that he could not see me anymore. He told me how women leave him all the time and then come back asking him to help pick up the pieces, to fix others mistakes. By this time, he had another customers attention in the store, she looked at me, then him confused, on the edge of her seat hoping that Tony would forgive me. Tony started to laugh and with a big smile he said«I’m just kidding!» and motioned for me to come to the room with the lounge chair. Before I knew it, my perfectly sculpted eyebrows were back and I Tony reminded me why he was on my speed dial and why I pledged never to get my eyebrows done anywhere else again.
