Good downtown record store for vinyl records. Everything is organized and in alphabetical order. I’ve been going to RRRecords for years, even back when Ron was located in another part of downtown Lowell. The hours are limited but I mostly go on Saturdays in the middle of the day. I usually walk out of there with something.

I’ve been in the noise scene since 2004 and I’ve always kept up with what Ron was up to. His label has released some of the best noise vinyl ever! I live in Canada and the chances of me ever going down to this shop are slim to none but I’ve had great experiences with him online and as well as ordering from him. His store is stacked and his noise is even better. He is actually a God in some peoples eyes. My only gripe is his online store could be a heck of a lot better but he is just one person…

They have a ridiculous amount of records here, and it’s great. And by records I mean vinyl. They have some CDs and cassettes, but it’s a largely a vinyl store. Don’t look here for the newest releases, but you’ll get plenty of hidden gems for sure. Love this place. If you’re a vinyl collector, you’ve definitely got to come check it out, but be prepared to spend a good amount of time looking through all the records.

Another one of those strange Lowell businesses that keeps whatever hours it wants. He has these boxes of 3-for-$ 5 CDs that he keeps in the window, basically misc junk, but a lot of good stuff that people tried to sell him without liner notes and cases, definitely worth looking through. Very knowledgeable guy, even when it comes to the stuff he can’t stand. If you can’t find him in his shop check with him on eBay, he does a fair amount of his business there now.
