Very nice artsy place in DTL. The pizza is very good and they have many choice to grab a slice. I also saw an anti pasto selection that i am definitely trying next time around because it looked delicious. There is a nice selection of wines and beers. The décor is set to a minimum, but the paintings, all on sale, are great to see and, why not, purchase. Bands play on the spot, many from UML. It is a must visit if you are in Lowell.

in the interest of transparency, We know the Dailys personally, and thats WHY we finally got over to UnCharted. Truthfully, we would have gotten there eventually, but we got there sooner because we have social investment in the UnCharted project. But does that mean that I shouldn’t review if the truth is that its worth reviewing? I mean, when your Aunt brings that fruit bread thing to every holiday event, you don’t tell her«wow, its sooooo amazing», when its not. No, you just avoid talking about it, for fear that you would be cornered while lying, and you would accidentally slip and tell the truth about how weirdly salty and dry it is. So, my point is, if I’m not truthin’ in the following review, why would I say anything at all? So here goes: I hate doughy, sweet pizza. This is NOT that. this is crisp, with unique and classic toppings highlighted by a simple, clear sauce that has not been burned and turned bitter. Cooked enough, just right, and not over cooked. Not under cooked. The pizzas aren’t huge(i may have eaten one whole, but also, i can sometimes put it down)…but also they aren’t expensive! Totally reasonably priced! GREAT bev selection… they care about what they are offering. There’s lots to look at(its a real gallery with the art changing frequently), in a big open, beautifully remade space. Parking is downtown… it is what it is on that front. Uncharted is doing it for a bigger reason, and that is so very very clear in the product that they are delivering. I would go here a million times even if I kinda didn’t like the ownership, because the pizza and atmosphere and events would be worth tucking my tail. luckily, the Daily Fam and other founding team members(Lyndsay and Jay???) are the kind of people that might save the world.

If there is one place to go that captures the essence of life in Lowell, it’s UnchARTed. Solid pizza, beer, killer sandwiches(hit da Cubano!), wine, art, music and friends. Fresh artwork on rotation, the hottest live bands both locally and up from the city — there’s always something kickin’ off here on Market St. Hats off to Mike Dailey for bringing a solid location where all walks of life are welcome to relax and enjoy!

This is easily one of the pest places to eat in downtown Lowell. It’s one of the few places to see fantastic local art on display. It’s perhaps the only place to see an eclectic, amazingly curated collection of local music. The chef is amazing, the food is fresh and expertly prepared. The beer selection is deliciously unique and ever-changing. I wouldn’t be surprised to see places trying to copy this formula. Art, music, food, atmosphere. It’s awesome. Perfect lunch spot, great evening hang out.

Love this place. Delicious food, interesting beers, and a great staff! Plus it’s an art gallery with interesting works, AND there’s live music on weekends. I highly recommend the«Portuguese» pizza. We’ve come here in the evenings, but will need to try a daytime visit now that they’ve started opening for lunch.

This has become one of my favorite places for just about everything; art, music, beer and Lowell’s best pizza. UnchARTed started as a small gallery on Merrimack St. but they quickly outgrew their old space. Moving to Market St. gave them the opportunity to expand the gallery and add self-catering capabilities with a beer/wine bar and a small kitchen. I don’t know if they meant to be one of the best restaurants in town but that’s certainly what happened. The beer selection is always excellent but small kegs keep it constantly rotating; an ideal opportunity to try something new. I’ll let someone else talk about the wine selection since I can’t myself get out of the beer playground. I already said the pizza is great but I don’t think I can really overstate how wonderful the pizza is. The crust is light and perfectly crisp. Every ingredient appears to have been carefully placed. It’s as if the pizza was part of the artwork. The Italian pizza is my favorite. They’ve recently added pressed sandwiches(panini) and I’m still working my way through the list. The Cubano is definitely the best I’ve had since the first one I had many years ago. They also have a Muffaletta which is tasty even if it’s not prototypical. I’m writing this while enjoying the Day After Thanksgiving Reuben for lunch and we’ve already made plans to return for dinner. The salads are a bit unusual because they’re deconstructed, but for me that’s part of the fun. After all, we eat with our eyes, too! I’ve heard that the sound for live music is bad and that worried me a bit when my band got booked for a gig there, but frankly it turned out to be far from true. I think it ended up being one of the better sounding gigs we’ve had. I probably don’t need to tell you at this point but I definitely recommend UnchARTed for lunch or dinner. I’m so happy they’re walking distance from where I live. They’re a great addition to the neighborhood.

Excellent atmosphere, friendly and loveable staff. Very versatile place, from food to art to music… The local art is amazing and most are for sale if you find something particularly moving. the Pizza is amazing, and craft beers are great. the sound in this place is better than most places in Lowell for the live music and they have a good variety of different genres. family friendly. just an amazing place in general.

This is an interesting little place that features local art on the walls. I like that about it. But the gallery seems to suffer from an identity crisis. Is it a bar? Yes and no. There are NO cocktails but there’s a decent beer selection. Why they’re carrying Schlitz is a mystery. Is it a music venue? They say it is but the sound is really bad and there is no stage area. Is it a restaurant? Sort of. It’s Pizza and salads. After a couple of visits you’ve had everything on the menu. Is it a night club? Sort of but why are there young children there? It’s not really a place to go on a first date but you could take your significant other there. You get the point. It’s ghetto and fancy at the same time. It’s not a bad thing and it’s not a great thing. It’s A-OK.
