Lubbock C & C

I have enjoyed leasing from Marilyn and Robert of Lubbock C&C for the past two years. I rented from them during my college experience at Texas Tech. The close proximity to the University, affordable rates and the freedom of living in a house. Before I stayed in a C&C property I lived on campus and had took a semester internship in Houston. Marilyn & Robert helped me feel comfortable moving off campus. The care and accommodations I have received have given me the best housing experience I’ve had during my time in Lubbock. They quickly fixed any problem me and my housemates had at our property and their courteous attitude made it a pleasure to just pop in the office and say Hi! Don’t accept any other housing service than Lubbock C&C. Marilyn & Bob are now good friends and I couldn’t have asked for better Landlords

Be warned, these people are crooks. My boyfriend and I lived at one of their homes on 32^nd st for a year. We were always on time with the rent, never gave them any problems, no parties, drama free. They reward us by keeping our deposit of $ 500 and saying it was due to a list of small repairs throughout the house. They charged us for 4 sets of window blinds from the bedroom and living room, blinds in which Robert himself took down when we first moved in because they were broken. Guess what the price was…$ 83 a piece! We are talking standard, run of the mill wal-​mart blinds. So this X4 is pretty outrageous. We didn’t have blinds in our bedroom or living room the entire year we lived there, but now he wants us to buy him new ones?! Robert and Marrianne are not to be trusted. They may seem nice, but they will take your money when they see an opportunity, even when they know it’s not right. Be smart, and get everything in writing that is, and may become damaged before you move into one of their properties.
