Great service, great prices. I lost my insurance last year and decided to try the Priority Dental plan available at Element Dental. It was only $ 77 for a year for me sign up and get my discount card. It enabled me to go in today and get an X-​Ray, check-​up AND cleaning for only $ 69. That’s about what I was paying WITH the insurance I used to have. The hygienist there is awesome and super helpful. She always goes above and beyond to give me personal advice about what specific things I might try, to improve my oral health. Today was my first time meeting the new dentist, Dr. Gaona. And she was actually super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anyone in Lufkin looking for a dentist, with or without insurance. What ever is wrong with your teeth, they can fix it. They make sure to come up with a dental plan that works for you and they can spread it out over a period of time. They don’t offer payment plans, but with their low rates, you really don’t need one.

do not go here they are a cattle call dentist that runs you through like an assembly line they really do not care about you they just want your money or to charge your insurance the max fee they can. they «recommended» unnecessary surgery when a simple antibiotic and pain killer would do and when you decline the surgery they do the least they have to in the fastest amount of time to get you out of their office and refuse to manage your pain.

Buy far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m from the UK — not so famous for having the best dental work, so I tend to need regular maintenance as my 30+ year old British fillings start to crack and wear.
The office is clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about insurance needs. (I’ve been to other dentists in Lufkin who could not care if you were there or not.)
The dental rooms are clean and look professional.
I have only been scene by the male dentist there but he is pleasant and reassuring, he explained all my treatment plan needs and I have no complaints.
