Tony Soprano’s Pizza

I was desperate to find decent pizza in this area and gave Sopranos a try.
I ordered a salad and their secret cheese pizza. It’s apparently some cheese blend that it so good they can’t even list what the hell kinda cheese it is.
Delivery was pretty quick and the delivery guy was super nice and sweet. When I opened the box… the secret blend of cheese had slid around during transportation. It slid so far that it went over the entire crust of the pizza on one side. The pizza was not very hot, either. I was disappointed but looked forward to diving into all the cheesy goodness I saw before me.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the pizza. The crust was tough. It had an off texture. The cheese blend was… gross. It was just not a pleasant flavor at all. I’m a huge fan of cheese. Any and every cheese but this was just not good.
On the positive side, the salad was really great. The dressing was great and the garlic knots were great, too.
Of course, that salad isn’t enough to have me come back and try this pizzeria again.
