Alice and Michelle are wonderful. They both have recommended exercise that I can do at home and at Brick Bodies. Both Alice and Michelle begin with massages to get my muscles to warm up and be able to stretch and conform to physical therapy exercises. On a side note, they fun to talk to. And while there might be 2 or 3 people receiving physical therapy in the same room, the therapists do a great job of promoting a sense of fun and community in the room.
