Had a return to do. I lost me receipt. They just refunded it to store credit without any problem. Also the employees were friendly too. But they had a lot of outdated sales stickers still up. So the item I wanted came up the wrong price. They refused to match the sticker.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Always 3 or 4 employees milling around but only 1 at the check-out. I’ve been in line to check-out with 3 or 4 other people and only 1 cashier. When I tried to check out in a hurry purchasing just 2 boxes and paying cash, cashier asks me my email address– why? Impossible to get in and out quickly and they don’t seem to understand that some people don’t have all day to pay for their items.

Nothing special about the store, nor, anything distasteful. The staff has been helpful when I’ve needed them. I’ve shopped here many times, so I know where the stuff I typically need(copy paper, ink, etc…) is. I never understood their loyalty card program, it seems as if the only thing it is good for is discounts on copies. Parking lot is one way.

I come here to get my fill of office supplies and pick up color copies. I like the convenience of the location since it’s not too far from my office. I like that you can upload documents and have them printed and ready for pick up. I don’t like that they sometimes forget to contact you when your copies are ready. The service is OK and sometimes it’s tough to find someone when you need help.

I just wanted to return 2 items… apparently I rekindled a feud between a cashier and a manager. It was apparent that the two people I was dealing with did not get along. Snide comments were made, and all this while I was awkwardly standing there awaiting my refund. Granted I did not have my original receipt, but I was made to think that it was a hassle for them to process. Even if it was, they should have kept that to themselves. Plus, if you ever decide to recycle your old computer, try Staples. Office Depot offers a «tech delivery service» in which they make you buy a box that will fit your computer. The purchase of the box essentially pays for the shipping costs, and you can leave it there for it to be sent away for recycling. Good concept in theory. But when I tried to recycle my CPU unit, I found that the small and medium boxes could not fit it in. So I had to buy a large($ 15.00) box for my one CPU unit. Resize your boxes Office Depot! And get employees that enjoy working with each other!
