Simply put, this place is horrible and unethical and I would definitely stay away. My wife and I spent over $ 1,000 buying kitchen chairs and when we unwrapped the chairs at home they did not match the floor samples on which our order was based in a number of obvious and significant respects. After first telling us that they would address our concerns and make things right, the owners kept stalling and stalling and stalling («call back next week,» «you have called at a bad time,» «the person you need to speak to is not here right now,“etc.). Then after we pressed things and confronted the owners (why did it have to come to that?), we were told that our concerns were not legit and that, in any event, we had waited too long to get them addressed. We frankly would have sued them, but the money involved did not merit legal action. In any event, I would absolutely stay away.
