After 14 years at Regions and certain all customer focus had been removed from banking, I was extremely pleased to walk into this branch and prove my assumption wrong. Granted my recent service experience with Regions was so poor, the bar was not very high, but this Chase branch treated me like a local «home town» bank. Everyone was delightful. Here are my key points with this bank: Saturday hours, convenient location, and no «bullet proof» glass at the tellers area.
Chase may be a «mega bank», but the outstanding staff at this branch do not make it seem that way. Thank you «Gelly» and tellers for making me feel much better about switching to a new bank after 14 years!
