I absolutely love Dr. Tankel. He was god sent to me. He knew off the bat what my condition was instead of playing around with different therapies to figure out what it was like other dermatologists, and he knew exactly how to treat it. Three months into my treatment and I’m seeing a difference. He doesn’t spend too much time with you. Spent less than 5 minutes with me at any given appointment but answered all my questions thoroughly. However, my only complaint is the receptionist with the brown hair. Seems like she wants to talk to her fellow co-​workers and unimportant things than answer the patients’ questions. Anytime I’d call, she had tons of attitude and would not even acknowledge my existence when I would check in. She needs to go!
