Nussbaum Monte MD

If I could give Dr. Nussbaum and his staff 100 stars, I would. The search for a good family doctor has been a long and difficult road. About a year ago, I finally found Dr. Nussbaum who I chose mostly because of his convenient location to home, but then found out that he’s not only my neighbor’s doctor, but even was the doctor to the prior owners of my home! Dr. Nussbaum himself is quite a character. He is usually dressed casually and is always cracking jokes to break the ice. He doesn’t take himself too serious which is a relief because being at the doctor’s office isn’t always fun. The practice is governed by North Shore LIJ and adheres to their standards and protocol. Phone calls are returned promptly, blood results are in almost instantaneously, prescriptions are done online and you can go with any of his nurse practitioners who are extremely friendly, compassionate and most importantly — competent. Yazmin is my favorite. What a gem. I feel truly blessed to be under the care of Dr. Nussbaum and staff and would recommend this practice to anybody in the area in search for a primary physician.

I have been going to see the good doctor for as long as I can remember. He’s an excellent doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. No matter what ails me, Dr. Monte Nussbaum can always make it all better. Thank you for keeping me happy and healthy!
