I haven’t even bought my bike yet (yes, I’m already calling it mine), and I can tell you I ended up walking into the right shop. I knew I was in the right place when I walked in around 3 pm on a Monday and it was busy. Second, Tommy’s a Yankee fan, Hello, obviously this is an even better sign. He was so helpful, patient, and thorough, and there was zero pressure. And friendly! I’ll be heading back there today or tomorrow to buy my bike, and I’m looking forward to the excellent service and support that I know I’m going to get.

i just moved into the neighborhood and i came into this bike shop to get my very first bike in years. tommy, the owner, was incredibly friendly, helpful and gave me some great advice. he really wanted to make sure that the bike i left with was the right bike for me. he gave me a great deal on a bike setup that suits my needs perfectly and i will definitely be going back there when it is time for my husband to get his own bike. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new/​used bike, bike accessories or advice. great local place!
