Drove 30 miles to Panera Sunday morning early, 9am, they were out of oatmeal, out of soufflé, so I ordered a breakfast sandwich using my name on the order. Thirty minutes later I go to the prep area and ask about my order in my name and now they do not have my order. Went to mgr and ask for my money back. Visiting from out of town and enjoy Panera but may not frequent this one again.

Horrible location. A week ago I went inside and the cashier was incredibly rude. Just the way she looked at me made me uncomfortable… I felt like I was being an inconvenience. This morning I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for the bagels. This will be my last time coming here.

I meet people here to chat over lunch. I’ve always had good experiences. The food is great, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff are very nice. Sometimes it’s crowded, but isn’t that the sign of a good restaurant?

Horrible slow service. I waited 20 minutes to place my order. The restaurant is small and not enough seating. Parking lot is not big either. After waiting in line to order I waited another 20 minutes for my order and then it was wrong and I had to get half of it to go. This is the worse Panera I’ve ever been in.

This branch is the worst. Drive thru service horrible. My last trip thru was 26 minutes. Multiple trips with clueless workers, slowest service and out of a lot of food. Large employee turnover. And they don’t care.

It’s what you would expect with a Panera as far as food. Was there on their opening day and multiple times since. While the employees are friendly and polite, I still feel like they don’t have it together. Plenty of time for the kinks to have been worked out. I would recommend heading to Zoe’s Kitchen(their opening day was incredibly smooth) unless you wanted breakfast items. The don’t have iced coffee like the Wards Road location.

Excellent food. Drive-through servers are very polite but have too much«propaganda» to repeat… and how many times do I need to be asked if I’d like a drink(unfortunately, a national problem)? These, though, are minor annoyances. What I’d like the new Lynchburg store to consider is not skimping on the salad. Every time. I know a Greek salad is one of the cheapest options(at over five bucks), but when I open a box and see it barely half full, I get frustrated and seriously start thinking about heading for the Fresh Market nearby. They’re expensive too, but at least you see what you get first. Come on, folks. Think like a marketer here. Salad is mostly air … Why not put another scoop in? Wouldn’t it be cheaper in the long run to not disappoint customers when they open up the Panera-branded box? I’ll try Panera a few more times, and I’ll update this review accordingly. With luck, this skimpy salad habit is just a temporary, new restaurant/new employee training problem.

Lynchburgs newest Panera is a welcome sight at this location. Not many lunch places in the area. This Paneras has been packed the 3 times I’ve been there. Their sandwiches and salads are excellent and their pastries and other sweets are the taste! I think they should have made it a little bigger as I’ve seen people walking around, looking for seats. Other than that, it’s a great place to sit with your friends or family, kick back, and relax. Can’t wait till the spring so I can sit outside at the number of tables they have. This location also has a Drive-thru!
