Don’t waste your time ordering from them if you want your food the same day! Waited over an hour for a delivery before I called to get an idea when it might be delivered and was told it was on the way. Called back 30 minutes later and was told by some one else that they could not find my order? How can you not find my order when it was on the way??? Asked me if I still wanted the pizza and was told that they were really backed up and it would be 2 hours! Really! I’m suppose to wait another 2 hours after they screwed up! This Papa John’s location is a joke and their customer service is awful and I will never use Papa John’s again!

We currently have been waiting two and a half hours for our pizza., we’ve called three times and each time they say it’s almost there… They accidentally put us for take out when we first ordered it. Then when we called after an hour and a half wait they said they’d bring it out that minute. After a half hour of still not getting the pizza they said they made us a fresh one and they should be there any minute… Needless to say after 35 minutes after the third phone call we still haven’t gotten the pizzas… We will never ever order from papa johns again.
