After 3 service calls, having to chase them down, being told my well ran dry and having to connect to county water, this issue is still not resolved. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for a credit of $ 384.00 that was agreed upon by the owner, but have yet to see post to my account. This gentleman assured me his word was good. I have tried to call the company and it constantly rings busy, my next step will be certified mail request.
