Recommended to stop into this place for a Leaf Blower. I recently moved and leaves have become my arch nemises. I needed a high power leaf blower and had questions that needed to be answered. I stopped into a big box store and they had 2 on the shelf with a piece of paper and NO HELP. I went to Marshall Equipment and was greeted by a sales person as soon as I walked in and was able to explain my needs and concerns. I ended up getting a push Billy Goat leaf blower (the smallest of the push models). The reason I went with Billy Goat instead of his other recommendation was it is mostly made of plastic instead of metal like the Little Wonder. I am pushing this in my grass and up a hill. The plastic model is much lighter and therefore much easier to push. The leaf blower works great! It is the perfect tool for my home! After I told the sales person I was going to buy it, he took it into the back and made sure everything worked, filled it with oil and gas to start the engine. Showed me how everything worked and had it ready for me to pick up later that day. If I ever have an issue with the equipment — they will service it as well. Good luck finding that at a big box.

They are zero for three with me. Dropped off mower battery on Thursday morning thinking they can charge and pick it up that night. Nope, said Saturday or Monday. Called Saturday, not ready. Went Monday at lunch and it «slipped through the cracks». Didn’t even offer me a loaner battery so I could at least cut my grass, didn’t even cross their mind to actually offer customer service.
4 years ago, took it pair of mower blades to get sharpened and same thing happened. Never called me when done and blades were no where to be found when I finally stopped in to check. At least convinced them to replace them for me.
7 years ago ordered a part for riding mower and took forever to get it in. After a month just cancelled with them and ordered it on line and got it in three days.
I try to support local businesses, but come on.

I’ve bought a lot of tools here. Knowledgable staff. They listen to what you’re looking for and offer you to try stuff for 7 days and if it doesn’t work out you can return it. You’re not going to get that level of service at lowes or Home Depot. Everything I bought has always stood the test of time.

These guys were highly recommended thru S. Euclid Hardware, and I
appreciate them sending these guys my way.
For 3 years I had been searching for a place to repair my snow blower.
Tried referrals, tried another hardware store in Shaker Heights (they
just sat on it for 3 months and did nothing with it and didn’t let me know
until we had a 14″ snow day)
