5 stars for the coffee coolatas! Sometimes theres a ridiculously long drive through line but it is worth it. Best coolata Ive had in a long time. Keep it up!

I really want to give this place more stars. Really, I do. I’m here all the time, and the staff is nice, and they LOVE my dogs (who are occasionally in my backseat when I pull up to the drive-​thru). But, they have messed up my order on multiple occasions, and that is unforgivable.
My hubs always gets a large iced coffee with milk and sugar. I will occasionally get a coffee of my own with cream and sugar. Apparently, that is too difficult to remember, because on three occasions now, they gave him cream instead of milk. Now, normally, that wouldn’t be an issue for any other person, but hubs can’t have cream. So, three separate times now, we’ve had to go back and get the correct coffee. And, the one time I realized the error and brought it to the guy’s attention at the window and asked for another one with milk instead of cream, I got an attitude in return. Sorry, buddy, but I’m not the one who messed up!
