This guy is a crook. The service is awful and he is only concerned about his money. I would rather pick weeds rather than deal with this shop again.

My husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day a few days beforehand and asked specifically if they could be delivered to my office before noon. He spoke to an older gentlemen who didnt sound too sure of himself. My husband ended up calling me at 2pm to tell me about the flowers because they had not arrived yet. I ended up calling Tonys only for them to tell me that the flowers were «in the truck» and had been in the truck for 2 hours. The delivery guy ended up coming at 3:15pm with a totally different office name and said that my order was not «specific to when to deliver». So much for a surprize.

Bought something last night online for delivery today, that was a plus. Then I get a call in the morning telling me that (a) the item was out of stock and (b) my request of an afternoon delivery was out of the question since 2:30 is the lastest I can have it delivered to where my lady works. We’ll see what happens later today as to whether they deserve another two stars
