This doctor was rude from the moment he walked in. I waited for him much longer than I was supposed to and then when he arrived, I was shocked at the way this man acted toward me as customer. This guy came in with an attitude of not wanting to help. He was really over bearing and aggressive. Basically I would describe him as a total dick. He was completely unhelpful. He’s a Joke. needed a simple procedure and he starts trying to sell me surgeries I didn’t need. Every time I asked a question, he got annoyed and upset. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if he’s was just un-​personable. I have to say this was the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this doctor.

I went in for a minor procedure (closing of stretched out earring holes) that did need the use of the OR. Dr. and staff were very nice, super caring, and I felt really happy about my procedure until everything was healed. One of my ears was not completely closed. I still had a small open hole in my right ear. A licensed piercer pointed this out and so did my husband. So I went in to show him. He was defensive and told me he didn’t see the hole and nothing was wrong. What? Um. What? I was not expecting this response. He was incredibly defensive. I felt he did not care about my satisfaction or care about me as a patient. I left unhappy, and humiliated I picked this doctor. If something goes wrong or is done poorly and you call him on it, be prepared to meet a very different doctor than you did at your consultation and surgery.

I came in a very bitter insecure girl, in dire need of a change both physically & mentally. I had breast implants that were beyond too big for my frame… hell they were too big for Hulk Hogan’s frame ! I wanted smaller I wanted to be able to see my feet ! I wanted to be able to go in public and not feel like a circus show. Today I am a woman that is comfortable in my skin and I have confidence again. I can see my feet ! Dr. J you helped give me a life and for that I will always be grateful ! Thank You !

Dr. Jonov is only Board Certified with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery… or so it says on his website. He is not a specialist in facial surgery. Any doctor who does breast augmentations, nose jobs to liposuction — who used to pull out wisdom teeth, I don’t trust to touch my face. I had filler injections and he did a horrible job. I had to get the Juvederm removed because he filled my cheeks too much and there was a gap under my eyes where there was no filler. He doesn’t have an artistic eye. He just does it by the books, where the product manufacturer says you should inject. In fact he showed me a video from the company and told me he would inject exactly in the same place that was shown in the video. Everyone’s problem areas are different and you should choose an injector that is good. I’ve had nurses inject me that have been fabulous and I’ve had doctors that have been terrible. A doc is not necessarily the best to inject. There are two facial plastic surgeons that I recommend: Dr. Naficy in Bellevue — check out his credentials — that’s a real plastic surgeon and Dr. Gaboriau in Sammamish. Dr. Gaboriau injected Radiesse and Belotero under my eyes, which is a real delicate area that you don’t want to trust to just anyone — especially someone inexperienced in cosmetic surgery like Dr. Jonov. Notice on his website that he did his cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery — which is the name of his office? I guess he was practicing on people for his own benefit. That’s nice.

I am 6 days postop and so very pleased with the results already. I have a number of weeks to go before the swelling goes down, but I can see my results are going to be even better than I expected.
Took my time and did a lot of research before I settled on Dr. Jonov. He simply is the best around and I am so thrilled I ended my search with his practice. Cosmetic surgery is scary, but not when you’ve made a wise decision. You will be totally thrilled with your results and the treatment they extend.

I love the results and he does a better job than others I’ve had in the past.

High pressure sales by women who are practically disfigured by too many procedures. Frightening!

I am adding this review here also bc apparently he has two Unilocal profiles.
I started going to the Seattle location of the gallery of cosmetic surgery. When I started going, I purchased a package of 6 laser hair removal treatments and was told that any additional appointment would be $ 40. Well, in the middle of the treatment they decided to close the Seattle location and keep the Lynnwood location (terrible decision). Once they did this I got an email saying that they would honor my contract from the Seattle location (lies). Once I completed my 6 sessions, they told me that they increased the follow-​up appointments to $ 150!!! REALLY!!! Needless to say, WAIT for a groupon or living social from a different place people! Unless you want to just throw money at them.
As for my treatment. In Seattle, I had a very good experience with a girl named Dina. She was very professional and on point. She took her time and never missed any spots. Unfortunately for me, they didn’t bring her over to this location. Once I started going to the Lynnwood location, the girl, Kaie, always missed spots. She was always rushed and tried to get me out of there as quick as possible.
DON’T GO! Waste of time and money and you will not get the results you want

This place is just amazing. SO professional and so focused on their clients. Dr. Jonov excised and biopsied two spots along my gum line. Scary. He (and his assistant, Kate) made the whole experience a relaxed one, helping me remain calm while the tissue was analyzed (completely benign). Their demeanor conveys empathy and confidence. Although I’m not in the market for any facial/​cosmetic surgery, I would completely trust Dr. Jonov’s care and attention in any procedure.
The office is run in a spectacular manner. Catherine pre-​checked w/​my insurance about coverage before I came in for the procedure. What a concept!!! I knew exactly what I would owe. Again, outstanding customer focus and attention. I would go back (and hopefully won’t need to!), and will recommend Dr. Jonov and his staff to anyone who asks!

I am so grateful for Dr. Jonov, I shudder to think of what state my face would be in without Dr. Jonov’s deft surgical skills.
I have had 6 oral maxillofacial surgeries in the past 18 months with Dr. Jonov. He and his staff have saved my face, not to mention removed hollow-​point shrapnel from my tongue and neck. His office manager Tres has spent countless hours negotiating surgeries for me with the Victim’s of Violent Crimes in CA ensuring I get the procedures necessary. With only 1 – 2 facial surgeries left I am so grateful for his knowledgeable and accommodating staff.
When I am in my 40s and start showing the stress of this ordeal I will definitely be coming to Dr. Jonov for all those enticing nonsurgical cosmetic procedures he advertises in his office.

I purchased a product through groupon or living social and don’t believe I received the service I expect from a high-​end elective process. Almost all companies that I engage with now always remind me of my upcoming appt. This could be by phone or email. However, I didin’t get this simple, expected service from Dr.Jonov. I wonder if I would get that service if I paid full price. I asked about it once and they said they don’t offer a reminder service. It’s 2011. I’m not asking something that’s cutting edge technology.

I COMPLETELY disagree with the two reviews below. I had a wonderful (or, as wonderful as wisdom teeth extraction can be) experience during the whole process! I did, in fact, read these two reviews before my appointment so I was nervous and expecting the worst. Boy, was I wrong! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and took the time to explain everything from the procedure to the billing in great detail. I was even able to joke around and laugh a little with the staff, which always puts me at ease.
The surgery itself wasn’t too bad. All four of my teeth were surrounded by bone and impacted yet it only took 45 minutes total. They were very diligent about after care and explained everything to my boyfriend (who was my escort/​care taker for the day) and even called me a few hours later to check up on me! I had to call back later in the day to ask a few questions but, unfortunately, the clinic was closed so I briefly spoke with the answering service and the next thing I know the DOCTOR HIMSELF called me back within 10 minutes to answer my questions! I could tell he genuinely cared and was NOT irritated or annoyed by my questions/​drugged-​up rambling.
I just went in for my 1 week follow up today and I feel even stronger about my love for this place and it’s staff :) I cried tears of frustration (I’m still in a little pain) but the employee (I forget her name) was so understanding and comforting and explained how the pain is from my muscles being sore and yah yah yah… in short, she answered all my questions and explained the healing process and what my next step is in great detail.
I would recommend any and everyone go to Dr. Jonov for any oral surgery.

Dr Jonov butchered me during a wisdom tooth extraction. I sustained serious nerve damage and now will never feel my lower lip nor my chin. DO NOT go to this doctor!!! When I came back and cried about my numbness, he mocked me and was harsh and uncaring. Worse surgeon ever and even worse bedside manner.
