My wife and I both ordered the bacon chicken ranch sandwiches to go. When we got home and opened up the sandwiches we had 2 and 3 little pieces of chicken on our sandwiches. These aren’t chicken patties, these are little bite size pieces of chicken. We combined all the chicken on one sandwich for my wife and it covered a little over half of the bun. The fries were stale, and my sons cheeseburger was dry and chewy. Needless to say this one experience with DQ has turned me away from it forever.

I’m disappointed in the way the DQ has changed with the change in staff/management over the last year. My son has a super specific diet, and the old management was incredibly good with substitutions so he could eat there. It turned out to be the only fast food place to which we could go! I was very grateful and went went many times over the past few summers since they opened, and became essentially a first-name-basis customer. I hadn’t been over the last several months. Now, trying to get the same service has been impossible. I just ended up paying $ 5 today for 4 «tiny» strips of chicken breast. Nothing else. I used to pay for the kids meal and get the same amount of chicken, but also apple sauce and drink and dessert! They may have lost me as a customer permanently, which is too bad. I’ve given lots of $$ to them since they’ve opened…

Buster bar! While on a Sunday drive my wife had a craving for a Buster Bar and who am I to say no? Due to a curb in the center of the road there is limited access turning into the store when driving eastbound on the Mukilteo Speedway. We had to drive past the desired stop about a city block and do a U-turn. The road is not wide enough to negotiate or complete the u turn without turning forward to the curb and backing up a little to complete the turn with cars on the speedway coming at us at 45MPH! If I owned this business I would be petitioning the city to remove that curb in front of them for safety reasons! We finally got to the drive through and everything went well except the driveway is much too tight and narrow for my mid size(4 door Dodge Dakota) pickup! It was difficult on the sharp curve not to scrape the curbs on both sides of the drive through! Don’t architects or city planners understand that vehicles are not always sub-compacts?

Great customer service, even as they were closing! Ran in not really paying attention to the time, and was treated extremely well. The three desserts I ordered were done in under 3 min, and each staff member was very accommodating in getting me lids and a cup caddy as well. The blonde woman who helped me at the counter was even nice enough to brew me a FRESHPOT of coffee since they were out! Thank you for the royal treatment, I appreciate it!

This Dairy Queen is pretty new withing the last three months. I decided to go through the drive thru and get dinner before my night class. I was the only customer which is kind of weird for a DQ. Maybe it was because its so new and people still don’t know about it. I went ahead and ordered the four piece chicken strip basket, which has always been one my favorites. I pulled up to the pick up window to pay and handed the girl my debit card to pay the $ 5.16. They were really fast in getting my food to me, I didn’t even have to wait for it and that’s a plus. So kudos to them for being speedy. When I arrived at my apprenticeship hall I opened the box and the food was nice and hot but the one thing I was disappointed about was the fact that the Texas toast was really soggy. That’s the first time I have eve had soggy Texas toast from DQ. I guess I shouldn’t be so picky about that since they still are new but the Texas toast is delicious and should be crispy. That’s pretty much the only thing bad I can think of. Next time I go I will get a cheeseburger.
