Greener Carpet Cleaner

First I would like to say that I love knowing that Greener Carpet Cleaner uses kid friendly, pet safe products to clean my carpets.
Nathan was great. Very professional. He called me 2 days in advance to confirm our appointment and then the day of he telephoned to say he was on his way. He did get a little lost trying to find me, but most people who rely on GPS usually have that problem so I cannot fault him for that. I mention it because he called me to tell me where he was at and ask where he went wrong.
Upon arrival he inspected my carpets, we discussed my concerns and he promptly got to work. He worked efficiently and to me, it was like watching magic happen. My carpets went from, «there is no way I am getting my cleaning deposit back,» to «Yay, normal wear and tear!»
The cost was very reasonable.
Oh, yeah, and he looks like Thor!

Nice guy to talk to… unfortunately he did not show up for our scheduled appointment. Worse than that he would not even answer the phone to tell me so I sat around waiting all day/​evening! He never even bothered to call to apologize for the missed appointment. Beyond disappointed.

Nathan came out and did a great job last December. He got some of those impossible stains out (we tried renting a carpet cleaner — mistake) and got everything up to par to pass our inspection and have a great holiday party! He was on time, personable, and his work was exceptional and quick! I definitely recommend GCC and we will use them again!

Easy setting up the appointment and timely upon his arrival. nathan was polite and introduced himself professionally and explained how he’d acheive the spot cleaning and room cleaning to improve my carpets. Fabulous job and outstanding customer service.

Skipped appt and not answering. We scheduled this weeks in advance and confirmed for a party…
Possible to change this rating if he makes it tonight.
