Nothing fancy for a quick sandwich. Not a lot of veges to add. No bread choices. But… You know they are quick, quality meats, fair amount of meat, good bread and taste very good! They do have soda and chips.

Freaky fast? How about over 20 minutes? When we came in, about 5 orders were waiting in front of us. Most of those people were there at least 15 minutes before their orders were filled. Then 2 people who came in about 10 minutes after us received their order before us. The staff seemed to be having problems keeping the tickets in order. 4 people were working behind the counter but no one seemed to be in charge. Stuff happens, but based on other recent reviews, this seems to be a trend. Our sandwiches were tasty, but if the slogan is freaky fast, they need to step up their game.

Disappointed in my unwich today… I order extra turkey… Where is the turkey even at? I normally love jimmy johns and order it quite frequently but the last 2 times I’ve been unimpressed with my unwich.

I really wish that I could give a better score but am simply afraid that I can’t. I work at a local Lynnwood business and we order lunch from different places from time to time. There is one employee who always has cash. When the order is placed we tell them that they need to be prepared to make change. Each and every time when the food arrives the driver does not have it. The first time he came in and made such a big deal out of it that we began to wonder if it was an act to skim more tip money. The store was called and the driver was very upset about having to return the extra money.
So now if we want to order from this location we either need to go out of our way to get the correct change or another employee must charge it and then get paid back. Buying a sandwich lunch should not be this convoluted.

Overrated, they make a sandwich which is neither good or bad and will deliver which is a good thing. As a plus they aren’t subway but there are plenty of better joints.

Normally I love Jimmy John’s but I am so disappointed with this sandwich. One slice of Turkey and flat as a pancake. Not worth it here. Go to a different location.

This is still my favorite Jimmy John’s but I only like when I go in to order. Today I ordered at work and asked for salt and vinegar chips and she brought me jalapeño chips… other than that I always order a #12 beach club unwich with no mayo because they put a pretty good amount of avacodo!

The sandwiches are as good as the other locations I have been to. Parking isn’t ample, but not their fault.
Seems busy for a Sunday afternoon.
Music is a bit louder than other locations we have been to. A bit hard to hear a person sitting across from you. Otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars.

I order delivery from this location often — I consistently get fast, yummy and correct sandwiches. On one occasion, they forgot my chips. I called it in and reported missing chips, and they credited me a free sandwich on the books! Thanks guys!
I must agree that the music is too loud in this location. I have hearing damage in one ear (not enough to need a hearing aid), and the music is loud enough that I am not able to communicate with the cashier at the counter. So I will not frequent this location in person. Delivery only for this girl! What’s that you say? If it’s too loud, I’m too old?!?

I am going to post a review for management. I use Unilocal ALOT in my travels… I trust the MAJORITY of comments I read, meaning, if a lot of people complain about the same thing, over time, then I gotta label that as ground truth. Music so loud that orders are messed up? Shoddy customer service from employees over-​bordering on rude? While I would be disappointed in the employee, I’m even more disappointed in management. If you don’t think Unilocal has an impact on your business, then take out a pencil and mark down the number 1 next to the words «lost business due to poor performance and reviews». If you don’t care, even more reason for me NOT to visit your establishment, no matter how convenient to my hotel. Hope you guys are able to pull your stuff together — not saying you guys are bad, but it’s bad enough to chase me off. Good luck!

Got there around 7:30 pm. Place was empty. Ordered 2 sandwiches and they totally messed up the order! I ordered their tuna and gave us roast beef or something! To think there were 3 of them behind the counter and we were the only customers! Told the guy and he did not apologized or anything. Plus I paid more — tuna vs roast beef. And boy their sandwich is awful! Will never come to this branch ever nor eat at JJ’s

Great sandwich to grab in the go. The inside of this location is okay. Seems pretty clean and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes the French bread is kind of hard. But the food is good and the service is super fast. They deliver too and I love that!

The people working here enjoy one another’s company more than they want to make a sandwich.
One kind of cheese? WTF???
The meat quality is poor. Lots of water content. They are fast and cheap — so they are hitting those marks.
I’m going to pass on this place unless for some reason Subway is closed and I am for whatever reason freakishly desperate for a crappy sandwich.

First thing I noticed when I walked through the door was HOW LOUD THE MUSIC WAS. Good grief, I could hardly communicate with the cashier. Then, after I had to ask her what she said, the little Asain girl began to scream at me out of annoyance. After I got my sandwich, which was not what I ordered, I decided that keeping my peace was far better then braving the rude employees again. At least the pickle was halfway decent.
I will never be returning to this location. Ever.
