Nile Tile has the experience and resources to provide you with both an excellent selection of materials as well as incredible workmanship. The owner(Medo) took the time to not only provide us with helpful recommendations, but he as well created a 3-D rendering in Google Sketch Up after measurements had been taken. Medo and I instantly clicked, and as a designer and member of the construction industry I know what a rarity a place like Nile Tile is. Nile Tile’s expertise has ensured that our beautiful master bathroom is now a genuine showpiece for years to come.

About a year ago, we stopped in and spoke with the owner. We were very impressed. Now as we are ready to move forward, took in measurements to ask for estimate. The gal was unable to calculate how much tile we needed or a ballpark range of how much installation would be. She was going to have the owner call us. He called, gave him all the same info, said he’d call the next night with info. Two days after that we returned the tile sample we had selected, hoping that there would be info for us when we dropped it off. She again asked all the info and we said we gave it to them twice and he never called back. I take that back. They called that night but did not leave a message nor have tried to call back since. Looking for another tile store which carries our selection and has good installers. I think it says a lot if they can’t follow thru at the beginning, how the install was going to go. =(

This is one of the few tile stores that is actually open on Sundays. They get kudos for that fact alone. I found it hard to believe that so many smaller home improvement stores(i.e. not Lowe’s/HD) are closed on Sunday– when most normal people who work nine to fives find themselves focusing on home renovation projects. These guys are OPEN on Sunday. I’ve been working on a kitchen remodel and visited the store last Sunday. The owner was working and he is extremely knowledgeable about tile, natural stone, flooring– and had some really creative ideas as we explored options for a back splash in our kitchen. He is upfront about pricing and delivery time– which has been a challenge with other tile stores. They have a great selection and their prices are some of the best we have seen. They let us take a bunch of samples home and didn’t specify how long we had before returning them(some other places we have visited have cracked the whip– a week here, 10 days there). They did require a credit card number for the samples– seems a standard practice. The store is easy to find and they have lots of parking. The owner mentioned he had a dozen install guys who could put the tile in for us– but we’re not sure if we’ll be taking advantage of that or not(we have a guy we like). One of the best experiences I have had with tile stores since starting my kitchen remodel. These guys are certainly worth checking out.
