We have been seeing Dr. Gerald Oncken. He is the perfect match for us, not only he came up with techniques to solve the issue permanently, but he has been a straight forward person. He is not everyone’s cup of tea. If you are not ready to face the truth then he is not the therapist for you. He has energy unlike other professionals I have seen. He does not pick sides but practices fairness. From the beginning, his approach has worked and relieved a lot of tension.

Very unorganized with miscommunication on scheduling appointments. No clear instructions given and very little apology. Also, very little availability and absolutely no flexibility to work with you. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Working with them has been nothing but stressful and difficult. Very disappointed in their service and compassion.
