Optimized Inspections

Bryan has been fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He pointed out items in the house that I’d have probably never even thought about checking, which was the whole point of hiring a professional inspector in the first place. He sends a written report with pictures shortly after the inspection, and a link to higher-​resolution photos as well.
I’ve now used him for two home inspections (since the first house deal fell through), and have been very impressed with the whole process. Bryan was able to fit me in on very short notice before I left town, which saved me a week of delay on our closing date.
Should I need another home inspection in the future, he’ll definitely be my first call!

Bryan is the only home inspector I know of that is a licensed home inspector and that is registered with MLS. That’s important since if you don’t have a real estate agent, he has the keys to get access to any MLS-​listed property.
Bryan did a really thorough job and was a really down to earth guy. His report was super detailed and contained all sorts of details that I would never have noticed. His price was great and he was very accommodating to our schedule. Would definitely use Bryan again!

I will be recommending Bryan Mize for years. We had met a few real estate agents before and they all seemed to have a «salesperson» feel. That kind of underlying pressure to buy something. Bryan does not have that vibe, he wants you to find a house that you are happy with and he tells it like it is. He is smart and funny and a great real estate agent. We are buying our first home and he has kept us on track and offers excellent, straightforward answers to all of our questions. He knows what he is talking about and it shows. He also recommended a wonderful mortgage broker when we were having trouble with the ones we had found on our own. I also really appreciate his responsiveness. He calls or emails back very quickly, something that is important when you’re a nervous first-​time buyer!

Brian Mize is the best low pressure Real Estate Agents I know. I paid several in the past, Brian pegs the meter in knowledge, and complete customer service. He educated me about any detail I needed to allow me to get a better outcome (deal) in the Real Estate adventure. He helped me improve my ability to find a loan (he used to be an Loan Officer), decide what I want in a property (house, siting on the lot, location, etc.), which house ‘like this’ might be a better choice than the other offerings, inspectors, counter-​offers. I could go on for pages.
He also was able to offer, and reel back the lectures about creative financing (30-​year fixed for me), buy back, lease back options, and all
sorts of other ‘things to think about’. When asking about friends’ positioins, he is quick to offer suggestions that are creative, to the point, and truely helpful. Others I have dealt with start off with how they can hook the customer. Brian seems dedicated to having people NOT have the less-​than-​par experinces I have had in the past.
I could not recommend him highly enough, or to more people.
