Horrible customer service! I went in to buy a Father’s day card, and had a coupon that I received when I was in a couple months prior. Great deal, since these cards can be spendy! I was all set to go, and handed the cashier my coupon. She argued that it was only for gift items and only on graduation-themed gift items to boot. It said this NOWHERE on the coupon, and it had a card pictured on the front! I pointed this out and she still argued with me. Bought the card anyway, but went online on my phone to do a test run of the coupon using a Father’s day card and the online code listed on the coupon. Surprise, surprise it worked! I went back and showed the gal this and SHESTILLHADTHENERVETOARGUEWITHME. I stood my ground and she reluctantly gave me the refund for the coupon. You DONOT argue with your customers before actually hearing them out and giving them the benefit of the doubt, much less when they can prove to you they are right!

I am torn. Papyrus has beautiful products, and I love their cards. But I unfortunately had terrible customer service and a defected custom order at this location. I came here to design and order custom invitations for our wedding. The invitation itself turned out beautifully, with paper and ink that matched perfectly with our color scheme and a lovely design that I adored. The prices were more expensive than other invitation quotes online or other stores, but I loved this design option and paper quality so much that I decided it was worth splurging for. I worked with the store manager and an associate on multiple occasions to get the details ironed out. When I placed the order, the store manager required that I make a payment via cash or check before she places the order. I was a little surprised since I thought this was a reputable store, but I honored her request at that time. The next time I visited the store to check on my order, the associate who was working on this project informed me the reason why the manager had made that request was because I looked young. She didn’t trust that I would have enough money in my account to make a payment if I used credit card. I am a young professional, and this made me very upset. I do not appreciate being mistreated because of the age that I look, and being forced to make a different kind of payment than other customers would just because of her lack of trust. She was disrespectful and unprofessional. When the invitations were completed, the store received half of the completed order. I had selected a folding invitation with an inner pocket to insert the RSVP card and return envelopes. They turned out great, so I waited for the rest of the order to arrive. When the second shipment came, the inner pocket was sealed shut on all of the invitations. I was really bummed out about this error, but I took the order anyway because our time was up and the invitations needed to get in the mail. Overall, I was happy with the design of the invitation. The associate I worked with was kind and honest. But the manager needs to learn a thing or two about treating customers with respect. I was also really bummed out about the defected product. I expected better quality and execution for the price that I paid. I do not recommend using them for your custom wedding invitations.

Such cute cards and other gifts/wrapping/stationary. They were having a buy 3 cards get 1 free deal when I went so I didn’t feel AS bad paying for these pricey cards. The young lady helping us out was friendly and quick and the overall experience here was a good one!

I love this store. I could literally spend hours on end just browsing through the beautiful cards and paper. The employees there are always so helpful and so nice! And every time there’s a sale, I try to promise myself to never splurge… obviously that never works out!

I love this store. The cards are gorgeous but pricey. I buy them when they’re on sale and stock up. It seems like there is almost always some sort of sale going on. Employees are always very friendly. Love it!

I can spend hours in here just browsing cards! Gorgeous designs and simple wording– papyrus knows whats up with greeting cards! I am a member here and get free gift wrapping if I buy the paper. The gals who work here wrap beautifully! My only suggestion is to bring in more miscellaneous cards, sympathy, good bye, congrats, thank you, etc. They have TONS of birthday but not much of the others. I hit up papyrus pretty much every time I’m at the mall.

I had one horrible experience here and one fabulous experience here which is why I’ve evened it out to 3 stars. 1 star for the first time, 5 for the next. Came here to look for wedding invitations. It’s the first place I looked and had no idea what I was looking for. I came in the first time and was pretty much ignored. I tried to ask the 2 women working questions, but they kept running away so I sat down with the phone books of invitations and sifted through myself. They weren’t mean, just not helpful. Granted it was late on a Friday evening, but still. The second time I came in, I had a better idea of what to look for. An assistant manager was working that day and was just wonderful! She really took the time to talk to me over the span of about an hour and answered the millions of questions that I had. She was very knowledgeable and told me that wedding invitations on average are approximately $ 300, and that number should give me a good idea if I’m paying too much or too little. She knew her stuff! We ended up finding the invites somewhere else, but I guess the conclusion is that this place is a hit or miss. But when you find someone good, it’s totally worth coming here!

i get a headache whenever i come here. the store is cluttered and contains way too many knick knacks for me to sift through. some things are meant to be left outside of Papyrus, but they sell it anyway. i mean, what theme is this store supposed to represent? either way… i love my papers… but this place is simply annoying!
