Slow to get us our estimate even after they came to our property to walk it. Had to prompt via email and phone to get someone out for the first cleaning.
Nobody showed up for the second cleaning, even after phone call prompts.
Bottom line. Unreliable, slow to respond to customers and more expensive than competitors.

I had a fantastic experience with Amir cleaning the carpets in my apartment. He was working on another project but was so kind to squeeze me into his busy schedule. Amir was super fast, efficient and paid great attention to detail. He was literally on his hands and knees vacuuming the corners of the room. My apartment feels brand new, thank you Royal Janitorial Services and Amir!
